Hull the UK City of Culture 2017. The year opened with fireworks and an emotional series of displays called made in Hull, which reportedly attracted 25.000 visitors.

Recently a huge wind turbine donated by Siemans has been installed in Queen Victoria square, the installation called "blade" which is 75 meters long will sit across the square untill March 18th.
